A 3-4 day gear/travel duffel with a drop-bottomed compartment for extra storage. Also converts to backpack carry. Although the bag is highly rated for the four items above, the most significant drawback is the weakness of the handle and roller system. The bag is very large and can hold alot of items. Because the construction of the sides is fabric material, weight distribution causes problems with the effectiveness of the roller. The bag easily gets off balance and twists and turns while rolling. This bag has worked out well. Since it is just a huge open duffel type bag, you can fill it to it''''s capacity with just about anything, and it holds quite a lot. The only poor aspect of the construction is that there is no skeletal support of any kind, so the bag is limp and collapsed until you fill it up. I''''m extremely happy with this bag. I have a smaller piece in the same series, so I knew its construction would be sturdy. This is a really cool bag! I love the way it is organized on the inside, samsonitegarmentbag with slots for credit cards, and a special pen holder and above all - a place to put your cell phone. The leather has a wonderful feel to it, and the zipper pulls are very elegant. Also, there are feet on the bottom of the bag, so it will stand up nicely on its own.
